MountainView Clubhouse Renovation 2025: Conceptual Designs

The conceptual designs below were created by 180 Designs, labeled by area in the order they were presented (Entry/Foyer, etc.). These images are intended to provide creative direction and do not represent the final design selections. The designs are conceptual and for illustrative purposes only.

Please note: The final renovation will incorporate products that specifically meet resident needs for comfort and mobility, including chairs with sturdy arms in the restaurant and meeting spaces, appropriately sized bar stools, and movable banquettes. These specific accommodations are not fully reflected in the current conceptual images but have been included in the overall planning and specifications.

The MountainView Clubhouse renovation project is currently under Board consideration and is planned for summer 2025. The designs were developed with input from the 2024 Board of Directors, 180 Designs’ professional team, and specialized staff who oversee the day-to-day operations of the clubhouse spaces. Resident comfort and mobility needs were also taken into consideration based on resident-initiated feedback received by the Board and staff over time.

Special attention was given to the needs of our current and future residents, including considerations for comfort, accessibility, and modern design standards that serve the aging demographic. 180 Designs specializes in renovating public and member spaces within retirement communities, bringing expertise in creating environments that are attractive, functional, and supportive of varying levels of ability.
