- Irrigation installation completed on holes 15 and 16, irrigation work currently on 17, 18 and 11
- Most of 15 was sprigged on Monday 06/26/2023, including the green
- Current plan is to finish irrigation holes 15, 16, 17, 18 and 1, then go 14, 13, 12, 11, 10 and range, this will allow for the most efficient transfer between new and old irrigation systems
- Golf course will be a full construction site while closed, projects will all be in various stages of implementation
- Keep eyes open for these below signs, they will be posted at every cart path entrance/exit, MV is closed completely to everyone

- Vendor selection for bunker sand is completed and we secured 850 tons of bunker sand
- Directional boring is completed, all new irrigation pipe and sleeves has been installed on the 7 road crossings
- Irrigation mainline from #9 green region to PG region should be completed in the near future
- Bunker sand will start to be delivered in next 30 days or so, storage will be located in MV parking lot where we traditionally store Fairway Topdressing sand

- Directional boring is ongoing, currently on location near #6 MV. This is the 5th of 7 total bores
- Irrigation mainline from #9 green region to PG region will be installed after the road crossings are completed
- Bunker sand will start to be delivered in the next 30 days or so. Storage will be located in MV parking lot where we traditionally store Fairway Topdressing sand

- Still working the bunker sand angle, I am confident we will get the white sand we prefer for the project, still sourcing a vendor

- Rough cart path from #9 green region to PG region has been leveled
- Land clearing for nursery and sand/materials storage is complete
- Bunker sand will start to be delivered in next 30 days or so, storage will be located in MV parking lot where we traditionally store Fairway Topdressing sand

- Had a development in the bunker sand selection, it appears we may be able to secure the 50/50 white sand that we originally had spec’d for the bunkers, continually working this angle
- New irrigation system will be a Rain Bird IC system, see video below
- 2 weather stations are included in new irrigation system, placements tentatively will be at 6 restrooms and 13 restrooms respectively, this will allow for better water management using ET (EvapoTranspiration) rates, see attachment below
- Directional boring for irrigation main line road crossings, scheduled for February 2023
- Cart Path land work from 9 green to PG region, scheduled for February 2023
- Land clearing for nursery and sand storage in the area of 18 tee/north range tee, scheduled for February 2023
