Patrol Tip of the Week
Many streets in SaddleBrooke are very narrow, and when vehicles park on both sides of the road opposite of each other, they can create a bottleneck that reduces the street to one lane. We ask our residents and their visitors, caregivers, and service providers to make an effort to park on the same side of the street whenever possible. Follow the lead of any vehicle that arrived there before you, making the roadway safer for all users. Patrol thanks you!

News from Patrol TWO
PART-TIME PATROLLER OPENING
-
SaddleBrooke Two is looking for a part-time patroller (1-3 shifts per week, morning and evening shifts) that cares about the community and wants to contribute to their safety. Patrol operates 24-hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. We run three shifts per day and offer flexibility in scheduling. Other benefits include earned sick pay, a discounted meal when on shift, discounted golf, and other unique perks, like possible eligibility to contribute to a company-matched 401k plan.
The purpose of this position is to provide a mobile and stationary patrol presence in the community. The primary functions of this position are to be an ambassador to the community including patrolling community property such as various buildings and gate access points, assisting in emergency situations, and interacting with homeowners and guests regarding community concerns. This position may also be required to enforce rules and regulations, CC & Rs, governing documents, traffic, and issue citations. This position assists with community events, traffic control, and performs other duties as assigned.
A NOTE FOR WALKING/RUNNING ON STREETS
- When there is a sidewalk provided, Arizona statute requires that pedestrians use it rather than walking in the roadway (AZ 28-796). If not provided, walk facing traffic on the left side of the roadway. Be safe!
DRONES
- In the interest of protecting resident privacy, drones are forbidden to be flown over SaddleBrooke but may be flown anywhere else outside of SaddleBrooke as allowed by law. For this reason, HOAs have the legal right to restrict the airspace over the community. Patrol (and your privacy-conscious neighbors) thank you for complying with this rule.
