ForeTees Booking Update
The 14 Day Lottery for Annual Passholders is still being worked on by our partners at ForeTees. There have been a few errors in the code that has been written – and we’d like to make sure those errors don’t occur when you are booking. We’ll be manually updating the lottery until it has been updated.

Here is what you can do to be ready for the change!
Every tee time request from an annual passholder needs to have a ratio of equal or greater Annuals than non.
If you are requesting more than one starting time (more than 4 players) – you need to make sure that there are at least two Annual Passholders at each starting time. If there are not, the system will block the request. For example, if you are requesting 804 and need three times (8:04, 8:12, and 8:20 am), there needs to be at least two Annuals on the 8:04 time, the 8:12 time, and the 8:20 time). See below – there needs to be 2 Annuals in each group of four in order for the program to allow your request.

After the lottery is drawn, annual passholders can continue to book times for themselves for 4 days, then at 10 days in advance of the day you want to play, our Residents AND Canyon Card holders can be added to starting times or can book their own starting times.

There will be some hiccups as we all learn this new process together, I ask that you please be patient with our team, as they are learning it right alongside you!

Help us give you great practice facility conditions:

Many of us LOVE to hit balls at the Practice Facility. Help us give you the best conditions we can! Taking divots in a linear pattern will minimize the area of damage and expedite recovery!

FROST DELAY INFORMATION

Now that cooler morning temperatures have arrived, we are going to see the need for frost delays. These delays are needed to help protect the turf from potential damage. The coldest part of the day is right before sunrise – when the coldest air aloft comes down (temperature inversion). Mark, Ray and Gordy will do everything in their power to make the decision about a frost delay as quickly as possible. Please check the front page of ForeTees and your inbox for updated information.

CANYON CARD - 2025 Golf Rates - FAQ's
  • The new Canyon Card is bringing some questions from your fellow residents, and we wanted to get those out in a single document. If more questions arise, we will add them each week – right here.
  • Can my Canyon Card be used for my friends and family?
    • The Canyon Card is available for the cardholder only and is not transferable.
  • The free round says Date of Purchase – but can I wait until March to use it?
    • The simple answer is: No. Here are some caveats to that. The original plan was to start selling the card on January 1st, in conjunction with the complimentary round. However, since we have started selling now. Your free round can be used for your 1st round in 2025. We are working on vouchers for your complimentary round and your 4 buckets of range balls.
  • I play in a group every Wednesday; will I be holding them back from getting starting times 14 days in advance?
    • The answer: Possibly. Annual Passholders will be able to secure starting times up to 14 days in advance if there are equal or more Annual Passholders than not. For example, if there are 15 players in the Group – there must be at least 8 Annuals to be able to secure those starting times up to 14 days in advance.
