Common Area Maintenance
Information below up to date as of 06/15/2026.
CAM STATUSES
- Please keep in mind that the schedule below is based on a full crew. Vacations and absences will affect this schedule.

Level 1 - Crew
- Monday: Pickleball court from 5:00am to 6:15am and then MountainView Clubhouse from 6:15am to 12:45pm.
- Tuesday: Oracle Rd. front entrance from 5:00am – 6:30am; MountainView Clubhouse from 6:30am to 12:45pm.
- Wednesday: Preserve Clubhouse 5:30am - 12:30pm; Preserve Guard shack 12:30pm - 1:00pm.
- Thursday: DesertView Clubhouse 5:00am - 11:45am; Softball field 11:45am - 12:15pm; Edwin south entrance 12:15pm - 12:45pm.
- Friday: The crew will be doing work orders or working at one of the clubhouses or front monument entrance along Oracle on Fridays to touchup whatever area needs additional attention.

Level 2 - Drain Crew

Monday: The crew will be looking at some of the drainage culverts to assure that we do not have any clogged main drains after Monday mornings severe down pour of a ½” in less than an hour.
Tuesday-Friday: The crew will be cleaning concrete culverts and drainage ways in between units 46 and 48 starting at the north end, south of Northwood.
- Monday The crew will be working in units 43, 32, and 36. They will also be working on work orders within these units while they are there if they have work orders.
- Tuesday The crew will be working in units 48, 47, and 28. They will also be working on work orders within these units while they are there if they have work orders.
- Wednesday The crew will be working in units 27, 42, and 48. They will also be working on work orders within these units while they are there.
- Thursday The crew will be working in unit 43, and 17. They will also be working on work orders within these units while they are there.
- Friday The crew will be working on work orders, or they will be providing additional maintenance to a clubhouse or Oracle Rd. entrance area if the areas are found needing additional time.
- Also keep in mind that if they arrive at these units and all areas are in great shape they may be diverted by their supervisor to work on work orders within the unit or at another unit for the time they are required by schedule to be at that unit.

Level 4 Crew
- Monday-Friday the crew will be knocking down all weeds, spraying unwanted vegetation, elevating trees, removing mistletoe, and pack rat nests in unit 22 and 25 for these areas 1st maintenance pass since 3 months ago when the crew and the goats initially went through this area.

CAM ANNOUNCEMENTS

CLUBHOUSE LAWNS
- Are being cut lower to help promote the growth of the Bermuda grass. The common area lawns at the MountainView Clubhouse and the Preserve Clubhouse will be watered at night, 9:00 PM, 12:00 AM, and 3:00 AM.

GOAT GRAZING PROGRAM
- The goats have completed their 4-month project and are no longer on property. They are scheduled to return July thru September in the summer months.

CAM LEVEL 4 SCHEDULE
- Budget Pest Control has completed applying the Bi-Annual pre-emergent to all common area property in level 1, 3, and 4 areas. Every year the vegetation in the level 4 areas should become just a 6-month pre-emergent application. This contractor will be back doing spot treatments to areas that are weedy. If anyone sees weeds in common area, please fill out a work order, and we will get the contractor to reapply the chemical to these areas.

CAM LEVEL 5 SCHEDULE
- Level 5 areas are being scheduled based on priority. Drainage areas will be addressed first, followed by remaining Level 5 areas not yet completed by the CAT/mulcher or the goats return.

Reminder from the Rules & Regulations; ARTICLE IX. COMMON AREAS-Section 9.01 Violations
Members/owners, renters, guests, or designee shall not plant or place anything on common areas or golf course property. (Yard waste, pet waste, bird feeders, etc.) - Please be a good neighbor! Do not leave your dog's poop bag at the curbside or thrown into the desert areas. It is your responsibility to place them in your private trash receptacle.
