Weekly ALC Tip:

Curb Appeal is important and it starts with your front door. Are you thinking about a front door replacement or repaint? Please remember that materials and colors must meet ALC guidelines (Section 8). Also, be sure to consider the screen door or security door (Section 37).

You must get an ALC permit to change your door or door color. Allowed door colors include natural wood grains (browns) or paint to match the stucco or trim color. Painting in the accent color requires ALC approval.

If you are unsure whether your change needs approval, please check with the ALC before starting your project. Email [email protected] or call the hotline 520-879-4155.

• Friendly reminder from the ALC:
  • If you're working on a landscape or construction project, please keep all debris, materials, and yard waste/personal garbage on your property. Items may not be stored on vacant lots or common areas. Please remember that homeowners are responsible for any damage caused by their contractors to neighboring property or common areas. Debris left on common areas may be removed by SBHOA2, with costs billed to the homeowner.Thank you for helping keep our community clean and beautiful!

  • To submit a permit application, please complete the online application form by clicking HERE. Provide as much detail as possible about your project and attach all required documentation, including copies of Pinal County permits, photos, drawings, and any relevant notes. Incomplete applications may delay processing and result in follow-up contact from ALC volunteers to obtain missing information. Please allow up to seven (7) business days from the date of submission for your permit to be reviewed and issued. If needed, paper copies of the application are available in the Administration Office for your convenience.

• ALC Resident Report of Violation: 
  • Any resident can report a potential ALC violation by filling out the ALC Report of Violation Form and submitting it to the SBHOA2 Admin Office. Click here for form.
