Dear Fellow HOA2 Members,
In our recent community surveys, you made it clear: additional sidewalks/walking trails are a high priority.
The SB2 Facilities Planning Committee is ready to take the next step, but we need your specific feedback to ensure our future maintenance and improvement decisions align with your needs. Whether you walk for daily exercise or a peaceful evening stroll, your voice is essential.
Help Us Define the Path Forward
Currently, SB2 offers concrete sidewalks, Decomposed Granite (DG) paths [along MountainView Blvd and SaddleBrooke Blvd], and asphalt surfaces. All of these are considered walking paths (opportunities for members to walk for exercise or enjoyment).
As we plan for new additions, we need to know your preference between two distinct surface types and the two potential location types for new walking trails.
1. Surface types under consideration for new walking paths:
Your feedback will directly guide the Committee as we evaluate where and how to expand our community’s walking infrastructure. Thank you for helping us keep SaddleBrooke a vibrant, active place to live!
Sincerely,
The SB2 Facilities Planning Committee

1. Surface types under consideration for new walking paths:
- DG Paths: Traditional granite paths (currently available along MountainView Blvd and SaddleBrooke Blvd).
- Nature Trails: The land as it naturally exists; this includes its natural contours, slopes, elevations, and features (hills, washes, rocks, vegetation).
- Alongside HOA2 Roads (undeveloped green space).
- Closer to our natural desert setting, isolated from road noise for a more peaceful environment (common areas within the boundaries of our community).
Your feedback will directly guide the Committee as we evaluate where and how to expand our community’s walking infrastructure. Thank you for helping us keep SaddleBrooke a vibrant, active place to live!
Sincerely,
The SB2 Facilities Planning Committee
