NEW! HOME WINDOW WASHING SERVICES
You let us know what services you'd like the HOA to offer and due to popular demand we are exploring a HOA2 Window Washing Service. We are looking to set competitive prices and offer trusted services for home-window washing. To better gauge scheduling, pricing and interest we need to hear from you. We want to reward the first 100 residents who submit interest form with 5% OFF Window Cleaning service for their home. Click HERE to submit your interest form.
Wall Painting Project – Unit Areas 22, 24, 25, 27, & 31
We will be moving forward with a community wall painting project in select areas of the property. Begins May 4th.
The units identified for this phase of work are: Units 22, 24, 25, 27, and 31. These areas are marked in red on the project map for reference.
Please note the following details regarding the scope of work:
- Work will be performed on the Common Area side of the walls only Wrought iron elements are not included The specific wall sections to be addressed are highlighted in yellow on the project map
- This project is part of our ongoing effort to maintain and improve the overall appearance and integrity of the community.
- We will provide additional updates regarding scheduling and any potential impacts as the project progresses.
- Work will begin at 6:00am through 4:00pm daily.

Softball field Roofs (working contracts, dates TBD)
- The roofs on the grandstand and scoreboard buildings will be removed and replaced with appropriate materials to ensure proper weather protection and to safeguard the structures from water intrusion and potential damage.
Ongoing
- Wall painting Units 22, 24, 25, 27, & 31 begins May 4th - duration 4-6 months

DesertView Pool and Spa -
Start date June 1st through September 1st. - The DesertView pool area will be resurfaced both in the lap pool and jacuzzi area along with the entire deck. Pool will be closed during this project.

The courts 9-14 will be resurfaced in June of 2026

- Windscreen on court 12 Replaced (MV)
- Mister Pump Installation - Completed - MVBG Lounge and restaurant patios and MV Pro Shop patio as well.
