AA MEETING Do you have a problem quitting alcohol??  AA meeting every Saturday at 10:00 am.  MountainView Arts & Craft center in the Agate Room.  Call Dave (518) 362-6680

AEROBICS CLASS at MV is at MountainView Pool, 7:30-8:30 am, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We rotate 6 different routines, including noodle, Ai Chi, strength, Cardio, balance, etc. Come and enjoy water aerobics at your own level/pace. There is no instructor, just easy-to-follow instructions from CD's. A $5 fee is "good for life". Any questions, stop by the pool before or after class and ask for Jane or Billie. AMATEUR RADIO CLUB 
Join us at a monthly meeting or breakfast if you would like to learn more about amateur "ham" radio and the wide range of technology the hobby offers. Club Website

AQUA TONE WATER AEROBICS
 Classes will be held at the MountainView Pool every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 7:30 am to 8:30 am. There is no fee or dues for the classes! The classes are CD-led with no instructor.

BALLROOM DANCE CLUB offers FREE classes at the novice, beginner, and intermediate levels, year-round. Monthly parties for our more advanced and novice dancers. Ballroom includes slow, elegant dances as well as faster-paced Latin dances. BRIDGE - DUPLICATE BRIDGE CLUB (WEDNESDAY LADIES) Play duplicate bridge weekly on Wednesdays at SB1's Activity Center, at 8:45 a.m. Fee is $3 per player with cash prizes to top winning pairs.

LADIES' BIBLE STUDY The summer schedule will focus on Jesus' parables and other biblical topics of interest. Starting in September, we will be studying the Book of Romans. We meet from 9:00-11:00 AM every Thursday at the MV Ocotillo Rm. Come and bring your own insights into some hard issues with which Jesus challenged his followers, and by extension, to all of us who seek to follow Him. Although geared toward mature and open-minded women who sincerely seek biblical understanding, honest seekers and young Christians are also welcome. PLANT-BASED POTLUCK DINNER - June 8th
The next Plant-Based Nutrition Group (PBNG) Potluck Dinner will be on Monday, June 8th at 5:00 pm at the HOA1 Activity Center. Bring a dish to share and come sample many other dishes. It is a great way to explore the joys of plant-based eating. As always, please sign up for the dinner at the PBNG website (sbplantbased.com) and bring two copies of the recipe (one to place alongside your dish and one to be scanned and posted on our website). More information on the dinner is available on the website. There is a $10 donation per person to attend this event to cover the cost of renting the Activity Center. And note our other upcoming potluck dates are Monday, July 20th, Monday, July 20th, Monday, August 17th, at the HOA1 Activity Center. Here's to happy, healthy eating!
