Our Fitness and Wellness department offers a diverse fitness and aqua class lineup. We have on-site personal training available in person at our DesertView Fitness Complex and via private one-on-one online training. With two fitness centers, three swimming pools, two golf courses, plus multiple tennis, pickleball, basketball, and volleyball courts, a dog park, and a softball field, we are positive we will meet your active lifestyle needs. Our resident-formed community clubs and groups will complement your fitness regimen. These clubs encompass areas of interest like hiking, swimming, cycling, pickleball, tennis, and more. With such a great variety of clubs, groups, and fitness classes to choose from, every resident of SaddleBrooke TWO has a chance to create a health and wellness program that is just right for them!

Our mission is to offer a Fitness and Wellness program that compliments the SaddleBrooke HOA2 Active Adult Lifestyle, one that enhances and prolongs the lives of our residents. We do this by offering a variety of Fitness programs and training selections at modest cost that will appeal to our residents regardless of their physical abilities or limitations.
The HOA2 Fitness and Wellness Department has specific goals, which include:
1) ensuring a selection of highly qualified and certified instructors and trainers, and
2) providing a range of programs and facilities that are safe and appropriate for our residents and that exceed current industry standards.

Orientation to Fitness Centers
On your first visit to the DesertView fitness center, one of the staff will orient you to the facility and the procedures. The Fitness Center Staff will explain and show you the following:
• Proper procedure for use of hand sanitizer and general rules and procedures.
• Sign up procedure for Cardio Equipment.
• Locker Room area and self-locking lockers.
• Introduction to Cardio Equipment, Bikes, Treadmills, Elliptical, and Nu-Step.
• How to adjust and use several Life-Fitness and Paramount Strength Equipment machines.
• Information about our Personal Training Services and a variety of classes that are offered.
The DesertView Fitness Center staff will be happy to answer any questions regarding the fitness center and other wellness programs. DesertView Fitness Center always has a staff member available to assist you. The MountainView and the Preserve Fitness Centers are unattended. Resident SBHOA Cards and/or Guest Passes are REQUIRED to access all fitness facilities. To pre-pay for classes, please bring your resident card to the HOA2 Administration Office or DesertView Fitness Center. Thank You!
