MOUNTAINVIEW & THE PRESERVE COMBINED GOLF CLUB ANNUAL PASSES AND PLAY CARDS
SEASON DATES 01/01/23 – 12/31/23
Purchase of a 2023 annual golf pass or play card is optional. Alternatively, a golfer can pay daily greens fees each time they play golf at either the MountainView Golf Club or the Preserve Golf Club both located within the SaddleBrooke Resort Community in Pinal County, Arizona. However, if you are interested in a 2023 annual golf pass or play card, please bring this statement with your homeowner’s card and your payment to The GOLF SHOP AT EITHER MOUNTAINVIEW OR THE PRESERVE. Sale of 2023 annual golf passes and play cards will begin shortly after the rates are approved by the HOA2 Board. 2023 annual golf passes may be purchased during normal business hours in either Golf Shop. Benefits of 2023 annual golf passes and play cards: Annual golf pass holders do not pay greens fees for such pass holder’s golf play during 1/1/2023-12/31/2023. Play card holders may use one play for greens fees for each round of golf play during 1/1/2023-12/31/2023 until all plays are used. Play cards are for use by the play card holder and their spouse only and may also be used for the rounds of guests playing within their foursome. 18 hole play cards cannot be used for two players for one 9 hole/twilight round, however two 9 hole punches may be used for one 18 hole round at the MountainView Golf Club or the Preserve Golf Club. Neither passes nor play cards can be used for play in public outings or events booked at the golf courses. Unlimited tee times are not guaranteed. The HOA2 electronic tee time computer system will be used to assign tee times on an availability basis. Neither the annual pass nor the play card is transferable or refundable. NO REFUNDS OR MEDICAL CREDITS except as described in the Pro-Rata and Refund Policy. Discount is shown on attached fee schedule for annual pass for second occupant of household.
Please Note: Golf Club management will reserve tee times on a year round basis for the Sales program, the Preferred Guest program and public play. Promotional and charity golf outings will be held periodically at the discretion of Golf Club management. The golf courses will be closed for overseeding operations and periods of inclement weather. For the months of May, June, July, August and September, the golf courses may be closed certain days for maintenance. Golf course closures, events and temporary disruptions in play caused by adverse weather conditions or maintenance operations create no obligation on Golf Club management for refunds, rebates, or credit in connection with play cards or the annual or daily fees. Sale of annual golf passes and play cards for calendar year 2023 does not guarantee that annual golf passes or play cards will be offered in the future.
PRO-RATA AND REFUND POLICY
1. Play cards can be upgraded to Annual Golf Fees within the first three (3) months after purchase and will be valued at the number of rounds remaining on the play card.
2. Any unused plays remaining on the play cards at the end of December 31, 2023 will be forfeited and no credits will be offered. Lost or stolen play cards will not be replaced.
3. Annual fees will be pro-rated one time only for a first time purchase of the annual fees. Annual Golf Fees will not be pro-rated for new buyers if a play card has been purchased first.
4. Annual fees or number of unused plays remaining on the play card will be refunded only on the death of the holder. Refund of the decedent’s fees will be pro-rated on the date of death and the pass or play card will be terminated as of the date of death. A copy of the pass holder’s death certificate must be presented to obtain refund.
5. Proration will be made based on a 365 day year.
Golf Club management reserves the sole right to interpret these policies.
Applicant assumes the risk of any and all hazards on the golf course. Applicant hereby waives, releases and forever discharges and further agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless, Robson Communities, Inc. SaddleBrooke Development Company, SaddleBrooke Homeowners Association No. 2, Inc. and their affiliates and all of their respective owners, directors, officers, managers, employees, agents, trusts or representatives (collectively the “Golf Course Affiliate(s)”) for, from and against any and all liability, claims, damages or expense whatsoever arising from or otherwise relating to any act or omission of or the use by Applicant and/or its guests and invitees of the Golf Club golf courses or their respective equipment (including any golf cart thereon), including without limitation, any personal injury or damage to or loss of equipment. Applicant shall not however release and indemnify a Golf Course Affiliate from such Golf Course Affiliate’s sole gross negligence or willful misconduct. Applicant agrees to comply with all rules and policies (including without limitation those governing cart and walking use and restrictions) as adopted and amended from time to time by Golf Club management as well as any and all applicable laws, rules, regulations and ordinances of any governmental, agency, municipality or political subdivision.
