Welcome to the SaddleBrooke TWO Home Page!
SaddleBrooke TWO is a homeowner association charged with
operating about half of the community of SaddleBrooke, a Robson Active Adult Retirement Resort Community, located just 22 miles north of Tucson, Arizona. The key attractions for this 55+ community are the spectacular views of the 9,000-foot
Santa Catalina mountain range to the south and east, the always-great weather and clear skies of Tucson, and the many amenities offered within the overall community of SaddleBrooke. It is so much more than just a golf community!
SaddleBrooke TWO Homeowners’ Association governs the operation of the newest part of the community, and consists of a five-member Board of
Directors, of which there are 3 resident Board members (two elected by the residents and one appointed by the Developer). A General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facilities and amenities of the association
supported by a professional, quality staff, plus residents who volunteer to serve on ten standing committees.
SaddleBrooke TWO is a very active community. With over 100 clubs, there is a group for nearly every interest.
SaddleBrooke TWO residents have access to the amenities of our two neighboring RCI communities: SaddleBrooke HOA #1 and SaddleBrooke
Ranch. Among the three communities, residents can enjoy at their leisure:

Due to their different locations, each of the restaurants and grills provides beautiful views of the Santa Catalina Mountains and the
surrounding desert landscape. Among the eight swimming pools, one is indoors, one has a “beach” entry, and three are lap pools. The Dog Park, the Softball Field, and the Pickleball Courts are supported and maintained
by their members. The Theater offers a wide variety of entertainment gathered from all of the country in addition to serving as a meeting place for Community Town Halls and the Community Church. The Arts and Crafts facilities house
an array of workshops where homeowners express their creativity.
SaddleBrooke TWO currently consists of over 2,700 homes, including villas, and the newest neighborhood called The Preserve. When SaddleBrooke TWO is built out, it will
grow to about 3,300 homes.
